Cancellation/Return Policy

1. Cancel Policy

Up until they are shipped, you can cancel any of our products. You can easily cancel your order by yourself if it is unpaid for. If you'd like to cancel your order after payment has been made, get in touch with our customer service. Your order cannot be canceled after it has been shipped.

1-A. Cancellation before payment.
1-A. 1. Access "My Account" and select "My Orders.".
1-A. 2. To cancel an order, click the order number.
1-A. 3. To cancel an order, click "Delete this order" and then check the box.

1-B. Cancellation after payment
Please be aware that depending on the different product categories, we might offer a corresponding cancellation policy or answer to customers' questions.
1-B. 1. With the exception of products made-to-order, cancellations of orders made prior to shipping are eligible for a full refund.
1-B. 2. Order cancellation is no longer possible once it has been shipped.

 

2. Return Policy

You can send an email to artplex1911@gmail.com to request a return or exchange within 14 days if the item you received is not exactly as described on our website and does not fit you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange after 14 days have passed since the date of delivery.


2-A. Return Method

2-A. 1. Please send a return/exchange request to artplex1911@gmail.com with the following information once you decide to return a product.

- The order number;

- The product's name and quantity;

- A photo or video that serves as proof of the defect or problem.



2-A. 2. Following approval of your request, our customer service will provide you with the return address (not the location address or the parcel address). Send the package back as soon as you can to the return address, and then let us know the tracking number.


2-A. 3. The returned item(s) will all be inspected. Once we are certain the product has the issues you mentioned, we will either ship out the correct one or issue a refund.


2-B. Return Requirements.

Your item must be in brand-new, unused, undamaged condition to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging, complete with all of the original labels. Otherwise, the purchaser will be charged for all fees incurred and will not receive a refund.


2-C. Return Notice

An error of less than 2 cm is considered normal. In addition, color may differ depending on the monitor.

Please be aware that items that match your order exactly but do not fit you perfectly cannot be exchanged or returned. However, if you're certain that the item you received doesn't match the item you ordered, please get in touch with customer service to find out if a return or refund is possible.

The color of the images on the website may be changed by the settings on your computer screen. Small color discrepancies between the color of your item and the color displayed on your screen may not indicate that the item was damaged during shipping or is defective. However, if you're certain that you received the item in the incorrect color, please get in touch with customer service to find out if a return or refund is possible.



3. Refund Policy

It may take up to 5 business days for us to process the refund after we receive the returned items. Whatever the method of payment, the refund should appear on your account.

It will take 2–7 business days for us to refund the money to your PayPal account if you request it.

If you would like us to refund the money to your credit or debit card, it will take 10 to 30 business days, depending on your financial institution.


Note: Shipping costs for returning items are not refundable.

4. Exchange.

Up until the time of shipping, all of our products are returnable. For help exchanging an order, get in touch with our customer service.

Once your order has been shipped, we are currently unable to process exchanges, which is a regrettable situation.

We would not offer the return service if the item you received was as described on our website and did not have any quality issues.

 

5. Additional Notes to Return Policy

You are eligible for a full refund and can cancel your order under the following conditions:

  1. The product has not yet shipped from the original store.
  2. We have not initiated the purchase process for the item.
  3. Excessive delays beyond the expected shipping date.

Cancellation fees may apply in the following scenarios:

  1. If the product has been shipped to our warehouse but not dispatched to your address.
  2. Certain pre-order products may involve a non-refundable deposit system.

Returns or replacements are facilitated in instances where:

  1. Products arrive in a defective or damaged condition, significantly compromising their original value. (Note: Damage to the outer package is not considered in this context.)
