At ARTPLEX LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our return and refund procedures.

Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Figures and collectibles must be sealed and unopened
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened figures, collectibles, or sealed items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Gift cards

Pre-Order Cancellations

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the item ships
  • Once a pre-order item has shipped, standard return policies apply

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email artplex1911@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship to the address provided. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days

Fees

  • Restocking Fee: None. We do not charge restocking fees.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at artplex1911@gmail.com
  2. Include photos of the damage and your order number
  3. We will provide a prepaid return label or replacement at no additional cost

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary
  3. If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at artplex1911@gmail.com
