The white cover carries a patchwork of plaid heart, square and circle patches; the red interior has a window pocket, three card slots and a tone-on-tone illustration of the Sweet Showcase logo with the class's five idols (Saki Hanami, Temari Tsukimura, Kotone Fujita, Lilja Katsuragi and Sumika Shiun).
