Preorder and dispatch

Orders close on November 25, 2026. Dispatch is planned for June 2027.

This is a dispatch estimate, not an arrival date. International transit and customs follow dispatch. The item-specific preorder schedule takes priority over the general 2–4 week estimate.

Before ordering

• The redemption card is for the Chinese game server. Its deadline may vary by production batch; check the date printed on the physical card after receipt. Validity after that date is not promised.
• Colors, printed details and dimensions may vary slightly between the sample image and the finished product.

Most sourced items arrive in 2–4 weeks after ordering. Items with a stated dispatch date or production period follow that schedule, with delivery time added after dispatch. Check the delivery estimate above.

Cancellation and return eligibility depends on the order stage and item condition. Read the full policy or contact us with your order number.
