Gintama: Isao Kondo Acrylic Stand - JF2022 Original Illustration Ver
Gintama: Isao Kondo Acrylic Stand - JF2022 Original Illustration Ver
Product details
The Commander of the Shinsengumi finally gets the spotlight he deserves! While we all know him for his... unique stalking habits and "Gorilla" persona, this JF2022 piece reminds us why Isao Kondo is the man everyone in the Shinsengumi would follow to the end. He's looking genuinely cool here, and honestly? We're here for it.
Visual Highlights
This stand features the stunning original illustration style from Jump Festa 2022, giving it a more refined, ink-brushed look compared to the standard anime art. Kondo is posed with his arms crossed in his full Shinsengumi captain's uniform, sporting that confident, reliable smirk. The background elements use a beautiful gold and autumnal leaf motif that really makes the black of the uniform pop on your shelf.
For Collectors
The JF2022 Original Illustration series is highly sought after for its unique aesthetic. It's a more "mature" look for the Gintama cast that captures their core essence. If you're building a Shinsengumi corner, placing Kondo-san at the center of Hijikata and Sougo is the way to go.
